Gold Coast Sushi is such a great spot for really good Japanese food. The tonkatsu ramen was rich, comforting, and simple in the best way, full of flavor without being overdone. The fish was top notch too, incredibly fresh and high quality. The atmosphere really stood out as well. It’s elegant but still relaxing, making it a great place to sit back and enjoy a good meal. Between the fresh fish, delicious ramen, and beautiful atmosphere, this is definitely a spot worth coming back to.

Stopped here by chance for dinner while driving home to Santa Barbara from Mammoth Lakes. It can be tricky to find a decent place on the road, but Gold Coast was a fortunate surprise. The space is cozy and clearly a family-run restaurant, thoughtfully decorated with a calming ambiance. The staff was friendly, attentive, and communicative. The kitchen was a bit backed up due to a recent rush of tables, but we were in no hurry and didn’t mind at all. What stood out was that our waitress proactively let us know before we ordered, and later brought out a delicious complimentary gyoza dish, unprompted. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, but the Mango Roll and Black Snapper were standouts for me. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely stop by again next time we’re passing through.

This place absolutely exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere stood out calm, clean, and not overly busy, which made the entire experience feel relaxed and intentional. It’s the kind of environment where you can actually enjoy your meal without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The quality of the fish was immediately noticeable. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, especially the tuna you can tell there’s no artificial dye or shortcuts being used here. That alone says a lot about their standards and sourcing. Every bite felt clean, high quality, and well prepared. Service was just as impressive. Our server, Breann, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive without being overbearing, quick with anything we needed, and genuinely added to the experience with her energy and professionalism. The drinks deserve their own mention whoever is behind the bar knows exactly what they’re doing. The alcoholic beverages were crafted well, balanced, and paired perfectly with the meal. Gold Coast Sushi is a gem! The food, service, and drinks were all excellent. The ramen was rich and flavorful, and the fish was incredibly fresh. Every bite tasted high-quality. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the whole dining experience even better. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!

We love this place not only you can tell all the food is high-quality ingredients, but also they have very high standards when it comes to presentation and down to the smallest of details places very nicely decorated as a very nice cozy vibe and the service is great main chef actually all the chefs are very nice. Very caring. They always try to give you new stuff to try. They spoil us there making special recipes and always surprising us with fun delicious creations! Let me show you guys just a couple of examples that I had when I went for a small dinner for my birthday with my parents and they made our experience very welcoming!
